FD 220R
The Grillo FD 220R is extremely manoeuverable and easy to drive! It is controlled via a steering wheel and the rear steering axle ensures an inner turning radius of just 30 cm. The hydrostatic transmission is controlled by a pedal, forward to go forward, back to go back! The pedal is fitted with a “damper” to enable smooth operation. In narrow areas, when manoeuvering or in the presence of obstacles, Grillo FD 220R shows how agile it can be. FD 220R is also ideal for collecting leaves.
Two types of petrol engines are available: Vanguard 14 HP and GR 452 12 HP. Both engines are equipped with electric starter, OHV and cast iron cylinder liners. Both incorporate the latest technical features to ensure reliability, to keep emissions low, to reduce consumption and to have a great performance.

FD 280
The FD 280 is a high performance mower in terms of its quality cut and collection. The innovative cutting system “Grillo Overblow” produces an increased acceleration of the grass/air flow into the discharge chute which considerably raises its collection capabilities even in wet,damp conditions whilst at the same time keeping noise levels of the whole system very low. The front mounted cutter deck allows excellent visibility over the area to be cut. Control is via a steering wheel, the compact size and very tight turning circle makes the FD 280 an easy to operate machine making it ideal for the professional user operating in tight areas.
The FD 280’s cutter deck features twin contra-rotating blades (which are not timed) plus a third central blade, which is a unique feature on this type of mower. The cutter deck is front mounted therefore ensuring great visibility over the whole work area!

FD 450
A professional hydrostatic mower with front-mounted cutter deck with a grass-catcher capacity of 450 Lt. The grass-catcher discharge height is 170 cm with an ejection of 45 cm; the cutting and high performance collection of this model are its best features. The innovative cutting system “Grillo Overblow” allows tremendous acceleration of the grass/air flow into the discharge chute considerably increasing its collection capability, even in damp,wet conditions whilst at the same time keeping its noise level of the whole cutting/collecting system extremley low. The front-mounted cutter deck gives the operator excellent visibility of his working area.
The easy light steering and exceptionally small turning circle make the Grillo FD450 a mower suitable for domestic use but at the same time equipped with all the necessary features for the professional operator.
