SPIDER ALP
Advanced technology, simple operation, and outstanding stability ensure optimal spreading and turning. Forage is distributed evenly across the field without soil or sand contamination, promoting faster drying and preserving quality. With working widths of up to 15 m, SIP offers the widest range on the market.
The lightweight yet durable tedders are designed for safe use on steep terrain while delivering clean, high-quality forage. Their key advantages are excellent stability, agility, and easy maintenance.
Lightweight mounted tedders with 4/6 rotors
The four or six-rotor rotary tedders are lightweight, robust, and highly agile. Their innovative rotor design ensures even spreading and turning of forage, even in challenging mountain conditions. The use of spring tines with different lengths—shorter inner tines and longer outer tines—prevents ground scratching and forage contamination.
The spring tines are securely mounted with loss protection, with holders made of flat steel, while the SPIDER 600I6 ALP model features holders made of round tubes. The main rotor plate is constructed from 3 mm thick steel, and the durable gearbox is made of ductile iron. A rectangular profile provides additional strength and stability.

Jockey Wheel
The jockey wheel allows the tedder to follow the ground precisely, ensuring the correct working height at all times, protecting the turf, and extending the service life of the spring tines. An additional jockey wheel is particularly recommended for work on slopes.
Steep Terrain & Slopes
The lightweight construction of the tedder makes it ideal for use with lower-power tractors.
With its center of gravity positioned close to the tractor, it ensures safe operation and efficient forage spreading or turning on steep terrain and slopes.

Rotors
The innovative rotor geometry, featuring spring tines of varying lengths, ensures optimal forage flow and uniform spreading. This increases productivity while keeping the forage clean.
