The single-rotor rakes feature a modular rotor and SIP walking tandem axle that ensure smooth raking and the formation of evenly shaped, airy swaths. Key design elements include a 42 cm cam track diameter, aluminum spring arm holders, and a continuously adjustable cam track.
The vertical rotor shaft is supported by a double bearing, while the gear pair with a large module provides easier power transmission. Spring tine holders are fitted with two Teflon bushings and are securely mounted with three screws. Each double-bearing spring tine holder is individually replaceable, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.
Jockey Wheel
With its rotation axis, the rake equipped with a walking tandem axle follows the ground up to 50 percent more smoothly and evenly than a standard tandem.
This design allows optimal adaptation to varying terrain, supports higher working speeds, and reduces the transfer of loads to the machine.
Walking Tandem
The combination of a walking tandem on the rotor chassis at the front and rear axle allows for excellent adaptation to terrain. The working speed can be higher while the turf remains undamaged.
3D Mounting System
The special 3D mounting system allows unrestricted rotor movement and ensures precise ground tracking, regardless of chassis position, delivering a clean swath even on uneven terrain.
Spring Tines
The working height of the spring tines can be adjusted to protect the turf during raking, ensuring the swath remains clean and free from soil or sand contamination.
