Service Coordinator (Carlisle Depot)
As our Service Coordinator you’ll be the central point of contact for coordinating service work, supporting our technicians, and ensuring that all service administration is completed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the Service Team Leader and wider team, you’ll help us deliver a high standard of customer service and keep operations running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Service Team Leader with administration tasks such as invoicing, machine registrations and contract set-ups.
- Raising/processing job cards and supporting the scheduling and workflow of workshop activity.
- Updating customers on work progress and responding to customer queries via phone, email or in-person, helping to resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintaining clear records, ensuring workshop documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Preparing reports and assist with tracking workshop productivity and performance metrics.
- Assisting with the administration of warranty claims.
- Completing times and wages reports and customer cost sheets as required.
- Liaising with external companies (e.g. haulage) and internal departments (e.g. parts) to ensure an effective and efficient service.
Attributes we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in service administration is highly desirable).
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively and deal with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team in order to ensure the best outcomes for the customer.
- Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Job Type & Hours:
- Full time/ Permanent/ 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary
- Negotiable depending on experience.
