Aftermarket Administrator (Bispham Green Depot)

Our Aftermarket Administrators provide efficient administrative support to our Aftermarket teams, ensuring the smooth operations of parts and service activities. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as invoicing, record management, warranty processing and customer support, helping to deliver excellent service to customers and suppliers while maintaining accurate business records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the aftermarket departments with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices for parts and service work.
  • Verify labour, parts, and associated costs prior to invoicing.
  • Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and submitted in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up on any queries or rejections.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with company procedures.
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing own time and priorities.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily. Previous experience using the IBCOS Gold system is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.

Job Type & Hours: 

Full time/Permanent/Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: 

Bispham Green Depot (L40 3SB)

Salary: 

£26,500 - £29,500 pro rata (dependent on experience)
