AW Trailers Appoints Cornthwaite Group

AW Trailers has strengthened its UK dealer network with the appointment of Cornthwaite Group as a full-line dealer across its five depots in Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, and Dumfries.

Founded in 2007, Cornthwaite Group is one of the UK’s largest John Deere dealer groups, operating from depots in Nantwich, Bispham Green, Kendal, Carlisle, and Dumfries. The business employs more than 100 staff, including over 50 John Deere-trained service technicians, and represents a portfolio of leading agricultural brands.

The new partnership will see AW Trailers complete range of trailers - including silage trailers, bale trailers, root trailers, and livestock containers. They also specialise in the production of custom-built trailers and are in the final stages of testing their new ejector trailer that will be available very soon.

Established in 1993 with three staff AW Trailers is celebrating it’s 30th anniversary this year. Over the past three decades, the Herefordshire company has grown into a 28 strong team and built nearly 9000 trailers under the leadership of managing director Andrew Watkins

They specialise in custom built trailers, made to suit the customer's specifications. It also has a standard range of grain, silage, potato root and bale trailers – ranging from the smallest 3T carrying capacity up to 24T with air brakes, hydraulic sheets and ABS etc, which are becoming the norm.

AW Trailers are an official Hardox in My Body manufacturer and have a UltimaXtra trailer range featuring Hardox bodies. The Hardox in My Body sign represents equipment that is manufactured to the highest standard by a qualified Hardox in My Body member.
