Hinged Draper (HD) Headers
Ultra Efficient Crop Feeding.
The two wings of the HD Headers behave like two independent cutter bars: Flexing by up to 10° they deliver great performance in down crop and leave an even stubble on irregular ground.
The belts feature a patented ridge pattern design. This traps small grains like rapeseed and stops them rolling back into the field. The design also removes the need for additional grain saver systems like air blowers.
Our range of Hinged Draper (HD) headers were developed to match the huge throughput of the X and S-Series. They follow the ground like no other header. There’s a choice of 2 models: HDX with 1200 mm wide draper belts and HDR with 1000mm draper belts.
The 600R header has been produced world wide more than 650,000 times since 1996. The design was tested and continuously improved over the past years to offer outstanding reliability. It offers useful features like the possibility to adopt the table length mechanically to the crop.
Controlling of the header is integrated into the joystick and provides automatic control of stubble height, lateral tilt and ground pressure mode. Up to three different header and reel positions can be saved via the “1-2-3” Buttons on the joystick. The cutting width ranges from 4.90m to 10.70m.
The ultimate extendable multi crop header.
The innovative 700X sets a new standard for multicrop small grain headers in every critical area: Changeover between crops can be done in less than 3 minutes without the need for tools. Grain loss is typically less than 1% in rapeseed thanks to the longest extendable table on the market. And, all the controls are fully integrated with automatic functions for easy set up. It’s the perfect header for operators who need fast switching between crops. Cutting width from 6.70m to 12.20m.
The 600F header with the floating cutterbar runs faster and cuts cleaner on uneven ground for reduced losses in down or tangled crops. The 600F is available from 6.10 m up to 10.70 m.
While the design of the frame, drives, auger and stainless steel feed plates is similar to the 600R the flex technology completely different. It is not just a converted grain header with added flexibility on the cutterbar. The whole header is the result of decades of know how in soy bea and peas.
The future of small grain cutting technology
The 700D header features active material movement with a belt but without any auger. This reduces the weight and ground pressure. The belt does not mix the crop like an auger and feeds the crop heads first into the feederhouse. This improves the performance especially of the S-Series rotor combines.*
Cutting width from 7.60m to 12.20m.
The 700PF features active transport of the material from the cutterbar “head-first” to the feed auger resulting in a very constant flow of the material into the combine so it can run close to its maximum capacity. This ensures low peaks of torque on the drive lines thereby creating less wear and greater reliability.
In tough conditions like laid cereals and in peas or grass seed the header´s active material transport gets the material actively and evenly delivered by the belt.

Our corn headers are made in Germany by Geringhoff – one of Europe’s oldest agricultural equipment manufacturers. Available in a wide range of widths and row spacings to match your combine’s capacity, these heads can run at high ground speeds in all conditions to get the combine to its the performance limit.
Designedfor minimal maintenance, the secret to Geringhoff’s legendary durability is the precision engineered gearboxes, which utilizes an internal self-adjusting slip clutch to protect the unit’s moving parts. Geringhoff stands for high quality and durable parts, giving customers a reliable, durable, high-performance corn head to maximize the performance of our combine during the harvest season.
